1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the sova platform, including the website at sova.vu, the sova mobile application, and all related services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the sova platform. sova reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the sova platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be physically located in the Philippines at the time of account creation and use.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement currently in effect on the sova platform.
• Not have had a previous sova account closed due to a policy violation.

sova will verify your identity as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued ID and may be asked for additional supporting documents before withdrawals are processed. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3. Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one sova account. Operating multiple accounts under the same identity – or attempting to circumvent account restrictions by creating a new account – is prohibited.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your sova account. Keep your username, password, and OTP codes confidential. sova will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared or failed to adequately protect your credentials.

To protect your account:

• Enable two-factor authentication if available.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact sova support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

sova reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation if unusual activity is detected, including but not limited to multiple failed login attempts, IP anomalies, or suspicious transaction patterns.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your sova account must be made through payment methods officially supported by the platform. Supported channels include Philippine bank transfers, online banking through major Philippine banks, and local e-wallets. Your account balance is denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP).

You may only deposit funds from payment sources that belong to you. Third-party deposits – using payment accounts registered to another person – are not permitted. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account subject to review.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on the payment channel selected. These limits are displayed during the deposit process within your account. sova does not charge deposit transaction fees on its end, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the Withdrawal page of your sova account. All withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso to your verified payment account. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal will be processed.

Withdrawals are subject to:

• Account verification being completed and in good standing.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonuses being satisfied.
• The withdrawal being processed to a payment method registered in your name.
• Compliance with any applicable withdrawal limits displayed in your account.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on sova are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after they have been accepted by the system. This applies to all game types including live casino, slots, eBingo, and sports betting.

Game-specific rules – including return-to-player rates, odds, bet limits, and win conditions – are displayed within each game or betting market. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game before placing a bet.

sova reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• A technical error affected the outcome of the game or the recording of the bet.
• The bet was placed on an event where a result was already known at the time of betting.
• Evidence of collusion, manipulation, or breach of fair play rules is established.
• Incorrect odds or game settings were displayed due to a platform error.

In the event of a voided bet, the stake will be returned to your sova balance.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

sova may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. The terms governing each promotion – including any applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit conditions, and expiry – are published alongside the promotion itself.

General rules that apply to all sova promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly permits otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the stated conditions.

• Coordinating bets with other players in a manner designed to circumvent game rules or exploit bonus conditions.

• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform in connection with any illegal activity, including money laundering.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

sova may suspend or permanently close an account at any time if:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or suspected.
• The account holder requests self-exclusion or voluntary closure.
• sova is required to do so by legal obligation or regulatory directive.
• Account activity indicates a risk of harm to the player or the integrity of the platform.

If your account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. If the account is closed at your own request for responsible gaming reasons, your available balance (net of any applicable conditions) will be returned to your verified payment method.

You may request closure of your sova account at any time by contacting our support team. Please ensure all pending withdrawals are processed before requesting closure.

11. Limitation of Liability

sova provides the platform and its services on an "as available" basis.
